摘要

我国癌症患者发病率逐年升高，靶向药物治疗肿瘤患者被广泛应用。靶向药物适合身体虚弱的晚期患者使用，但在临床应用中常会出现皮肤毒性反应，尤其是比较严重的皮肤毒性反应，甚至会导致治疗中断。靶向药物一般可单独使用或和化疗药物配合使用。现总结1例乙状结肠恶性肿瘤术后口服卡培他滨+西妥昔单抗注射液化疗及靶向治疗两个疗程后，出现面部、颈前起红斑、脓疱、伴黄绿色结痂，手足部分指端及甲缘结痂、触痛患者的皮肤护理过程。应用中药制剂甘草油替代生理盐水进行清创，可促进痂皮软化，减轻患者清创疼痛。并给予患者心理、饮食、居家护理指导，患者经14天住院治疗后皮损好转。此病例应用油剂进行清创治疗，可对类似皮损护理提供参考。

Abstract

The incidence rate of cancer patients in China is increasing year by year， and targeted drugs are widely used to treat cancer patients. Targeted drugs are suitable for advanced patients with weak body， but skin toxicity often occurs in clinical application， especially serious skin toxicity， which may even lead to the interruption of treatment. Targeted drugs can generally be used alone or in combination with chemotherapy drugs. To summarize the skin care process of a patient with sigmoid colon malignant tumor who developed erythema， pustules， yellow-green scabs， scabs and tenderness at the fingertips and nail margins of hands and feet after two courses of chemotherapy and targeted therapy with capecitabine and cetuximab injection. The application of licorice oil， a traditional Chinese medicine， instead of normal saline for debridement can promote the softening of scab and relieve the pain of debridement. The patients were given guidance on psychology， diet and home care， and their skin lesions improved after 14 days of hospitalization. This case was treated with oil for debridement， which can provide reference for nursing similar skin lesions.
