摘要

总结运用耳穴“三序”疗法改善1例项痹患者疼痛的护理体会。通过精准的辨证分析，运用耳尖放血、耳部全息刮痧和耳穴贴压，同时给予膳食指导和康复锻炼指导等措施，帮助患者减轻项痹疼痛，改善睡眠。

Abstract

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with arthralgia improved by "three sequences" therapy at auricular points. Through accurate dialectical analysis，the use of ear tip bloodletting， ear holographic scraping and ear point sticking， at the same time to give dietary guidance and rehabilitation exercise guidance and other measures to help patients reduce the pain of arthralgia and improve sleep quality.
