摘要

目的

一例基于ERAS理念的护理干预脊柱内镜下腰椎间盘突出症手术患者围手术期的个案报告。

方法

选取长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院2022年7月份1例接受脊柱内镜下治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用ERAS理念护理干预围手术期，观察术前、术后3d、1个月的JOA、ODI、VAS评分与LOS。

结果

采用ERAS理念的护理干预疗效明显，在术后各项评分中表现优异，住院时间大幅度缩减。

结论

ERAS理念促进了护理临床工作的发展加快了快速康复，减轻疾病痛苦的同时促进健康。

Abstract

Objective

A case report of perioperative nursing intervention of a patient with lumbar disc herniation under spinal endoscope based on ERAS concept.

Methods

A case of lumbar disc herniation was selected from the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in July 2022， who received endoscopic treatment of lumbar disc herniation. The concept of ERAS nursing intervention was adopted in the perioperative period. The JOA， ODI， VAS scores and LOS were observed before， 3 days and 1 month after the operation.

Results

The nursing intervention with ERAS concept had obvious effect， excellent performance in various postoperative scores， and significantly reduced the length of hospital stay.

Conclusion

The ERAS concept promotes the development of nursing clinical work to accelerate rapid recovery， reduce the pain of disease and promote health.
