摘要

本文总结1例腰椎压缩性骨折并发便秘患者的中医辨证施护护理效果。基于中医基础理论采取辨证施护的方法，运用穴位贴敷、手指点穴中医护理技术配合辨证施食、情志护理等护理措施，有效缓解腰椎压缩性骨折并发便秘的症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing by Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation for a patient with lumbar compression fracture complicated with constipation. According to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment， the method of syndrome differentiation and nursing was adopted， and the nursing measures such as acupoint application， finger point TCM nursing technology combined with nutrition support， emotional nursing and so on， effectively alleviated the symptoms of lumbar compression fracture complicated with constipation.
