摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸联合艾灸治疗1例青春期原发性痛经的护理体会。基于中医辨证，通过采用耳穴压丸和艾灸治疗，配合健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理等综合护理干预，能够显著减轻原发性痛经患者的临床症状，提高痛经患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of auricular point pressure pills combined with moxibustion in the treatment of a case of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， auricular acupoint pressing pills and moxibustion， combined with health education， psychological nursing， diet nursing and other comprehensive nursing interventions， can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea and improve the quality of life of patients with dysmenorrhea.
