摘要

总结了改良版侧卧位摆放在胸科肺叶切除手术中的应用，主要体现在手术患者双下肢的合理安置以及分段式摇腰桥的优势。将舒适护理贯穿手术全程，不仅可以最大限度地确保手术患者的安全与舒适，减少压力性损伤的发生，还可以充分暴露手术野，预防并发症，提高手术成功率与手术医生的满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the application of the modified lateral decubitus position in thoracic lobectomy， which is mainly reflected in the rational placement of lower limbs and the advantages of segmental swing lumbar bridge. It is believed that comfort nursing throughout the whole operation can not only ensure the safety and comfort of surgical patient to the maximum extent， reduce the occurrence of stress injuries， but also fully expose the surgical field， prevent complications， improve the success rate of surgery and the satisfaction of surgeons.
