摘要

本文总结1例膀胱肿瘤激光切除术患者术中给予保温毯、冲洗液加温预防低体温的护理体会。术前30分钟使用保温毯保温，术中使用由恒温箱38 ℃保存8小时以上的冲洗液，分别记录入室后，麻醉诱导前、诱导后15分钟、30分钟，术毕患者的体温。术中使用保温毯和冲洗液加温可以有效降低患者低体温的发生，降低围手术期非计划性低体温的发生率，提高患者的舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of preventing hypothermia by giving heat preservation blanket and flushing solution to a patient undergoing laser resection of bladder tumor. Warm blanket insulation was applied 30 minutes before surgery， and flushing solution was stored at 38 ℃ for more than 8 hours for intraoperative use. The patient’s body temperature was recorded after entering the operating room， before anesthesia induction， 15 and 30 minutes after induction， and after surgery. The use of warm blanket and flushing solution can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypothermia， reduce the incidence of unplanned hypothermia in perioperative period， and improve the patient’s comfort.
