摘要

本文总结艾灸治疗1例帕金森叠加综合征尿失禁患者的治疗效果，总结相关护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用艾灸治疗结合常规护理、饮食护理和情志护理等常规护理措施，有效改善患者症状。艾灸治疗作用直接、效果明显、无副作用，患者身心状态及生活质量得到提高，是促进患者康复的关键。

Abstract

This article summarized the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on a case of urinary incontinence with Parkinson's superposition syndrome， and summarized the relevant nursing experience. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， moxibustion treatment combined with routine nursing， diet nursing and emotional nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of patients. Moxibustion treatment has direct effect， obvious effect， no side effects， and improves the physical and mental state and quality of life of patients， which is the key to promote the rehabilitation of patients. This article summarized the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on a case of urinary incontinence with Parkinson's superposition syndrome， and summarized the relevant nursing experience.
