摘要

本文总结1例中药热奄包联合推拿手法治疗尪痹患者的护理体会。依据患者刻下症见，辨证分型和评估观察，提出针对性护理方案，采用中药热奄包联合推拿手法治疗技术，结合患者的饮食护理、情志护理、生活护理及功能锻炼，有效缓解患者临床症状。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with obstinate arthralgia treated by traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with massage. According to the patient's syndrome， syndrome differentiation， evaluation and observation， the targeted nursing plan was put forward. The traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with tuina manipulation treatment technology， combined with the patient's diet nursing， emotional nursing， life nursing and functional exercise， effectively relieved the patient's clinical symptoms.
