摘要

本文总结1例耳尖放血联合耳穴贴压技术应用于痛风患者的护理经验。主要包括耳尖放血、耳穴贴压的方法及注意事项；生活指导、饮食护理、心理干预等护理配合，通过辨证分型，选取有针对性的穴位，有效缓解痛风患者的疼痛症状，提高患者的日常生活能力。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of ear tip bleeding combined with ear acupoint pressing technology for a gout patient. The methods of ear tip bleeding and ear acupoint pressing technique， life guidance， dietary care， psychological intervention， and other nursing coordination were applied. Based on dialectical classification， targeted acupoints were selected， and relevant nursing was coordinated to effectively alleviate the gout patient’s pain and the daily living ability was improved.
