摘要

本文总结放血疗法联合耳穴压豆治疗1例小脑大面积脑梗死合并颅内高压的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，辨证分析，基于中医基础理论，开展放血疗法、耳穴压豆等中医护理干预，有效减轻患者头晕头痛、恶心，腹胀、呕吐症状，改善颅内高压症状，促进患者快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience on treating a case of acute cerebellar infarction complicated with intracranial hypertension with bloodletting therapy combined with auricular point compression. After admission， nursing evaluation and dialectical analysis were carried out. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine， TCM nursing interventions including bloodletting therapy and auricular point compression were taken to effectively reduce the symptoms of dizziness， headache， nausea， abdominal distension and vomiting. The symptom of intracranial hypertension was improved and the rapid recovery of the patient was promoted.
