摘要

本文总结铜砭刮痧联合刺络拔罐治疗1例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，辨证分析，基于中医基础理论，开展情志护理、饮食指导以及铜砭刮痧、刺络拔罐等中医护理干预，有效减轻患者疼痛，缓解瘙痒程度，改善睡眠，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

this paper summarizes the nursing experience on a patient with postherpetic neuralgia treated by copper needle scraping combined with venesection cupping. Based on nursing evaluation， dialectical analysis and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， TCM nursing interventions including emotional nursing， diet guidance， copper needle scraping combined with venesection cupping were carried out to effectively reduce pain， relieve itching， improve sleep and improve the patient's quality of life.
