摘要

本文总结一例采用刮痧、坐罐联合雷火灸中医三联疗法改善视网膜脱离被动体位患者术后舒适度的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用刮痧疗法、火罐疗法联合雷火灸配合饮食护理、体位护理、情志护理等干预措施，减轻了患者肩颈部及肢体疼痛，改善了患者舒适度，缓解了患者焦虑，提高了患者生活质量。且方法易于操作，价格优廉，效果显著，患者易于接受，值得在临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with retinal detachment， who underwent Traditional Chinese Medicine triple therapy using scraping， cupping， and lightning fire moxibustion to improve postoperative comfort. Based on the theory of dialectical nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine， the three above intervention measures combined with dietary care， posture care， and emotional care were taken to reduce pain in the patient's shoulders， neck， and limbs. The patient’s comfort and quality of life was improved， while anxiety was alleviated. The Traditional Chinese Medicine triple therapy was easy to operate， affordable， effective， and easily accepted by patients， which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
