摘要

本文总结铜砭刮痧联合刺络拔罐治疗1例慢性湿疹患者的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，基于中医辨证分析，开展情志护理、饮食指导、铜砭刮痧、刺络拔罐、耳穴贴压等中医护理干预，有效改善患者皮肤湿疹情况，缓解瘙痒程度，改善睡眠，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on a patient with chronic eczema treated by Tongbian scraping therapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping. After admission， the nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation analysis were completed. Based on the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine， emotional nursing， diet guidance， Tongbian scraping， blood-letting puncture and cupping， auricular point sticking and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions， the patient's skin eczema was effectively improved and itching was relieved. The patient’s sleep quality and life quality were improved.
