摘要

本文总结1例痛风性关节炎急性发作患者行金黄散贴敷疗法的护理体会。基于中医辨证，通过采用金黄散外用贴敷治疗，结合健康教育、饮食指导等综合护理干预，有效缓解患者疼痛。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of golden yellow powder application therapy for a patient with acute attack of gouty arthritis. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， the patients' pain was effectively relieved by external application of Jinhuang powder combined with comprehensive nursing intervention such as health education and diet guidance.
