摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐联合头耳刮痧治疗前庭神经元炎（痰瘀互结型）患者的护理体会。通过对患者进行护理评估及辨证，在饮食指导、情志护理、健康指导等常规护理基础上予火龙罐联合头耳部刮痧治疗，取得了较为显著的临床效果。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with vestibular neuronitis （phlegm and blood stasis mutual accumulation type） treated with fire dragon jar combined with scalp and ear scraping. Through nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation of patients， on the basis of routine nursing such as diet guidance， emotional nursing and health guidance， fire dragon pot combined with scraping on the head and ear has achieved significant clinical effect.
