摘要

总结1例子午流注择时穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病气虚型便秘患者的护理体会。通过子午流注择时穴位贴敷刺激局部俞穴，激发经气，疏通经络，调节全身气血，促进脏腑功能的恢复，改善患者临床症状，护理效果较好。总结整理该例患者护理经验，为临床提供借鉴。

Abstract

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with Qi-deficiency constipation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by meridian ebb at selected time acupoint application. The acupoint application at the selected time to stimulate local shu points through the mid-afternoon flow can stimulate meridians and qi， dreg meridians and collaterals， regulate qi and blood throughout the body， promote the recovery of zangfu function， improve the clinical symptoms of patients， and the nursing effect is good. The nursing experience of this patient was summarized to provide reference for clinical practice.
