摘要

本文总结1例后循环缺血性眩晕的患者的护理体会。采用眩晕护理常规进行饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理，结合运用适应的中医技术进行干预。耳尖放血联合耳穴压豆能够降低患者眩晕的发作情况，改善患者的不良心理情绪，预后情况良好。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Vertigo nursing routine was used for diet guidance， emotional nursing， and daily life nursing， combined with adapted traditional Chinese medicine technology for intervention. Auricular tip bloodletting combined with ear acupoint bean pressure can reduce the incidence of vertigo， improve the patient's bad psychological mood， and the prognosis is good.
