摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐结合耳穴疗法治疗急性腹膜炎术后伴麻痹性肠梗阻患者的护理经验。通过辨证论治，针对性实施火龙罐结合耳穴疗法，促进患者肛门早排气，有效解除腹胀，尽早进食及下床活动，促进患者快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with paralytic intestinal obstruction after acute peritonitis surgery treated with fire dragon cupping combined with auricular point therapy. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment， the fire dragon pot combined with auricular point therapy was implemented to promote the early anal exhaust of patients， effectively relieve abdominal distension， eat as soon as possible and get out of bed， and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
