摘要

本文总结1例患者使用西妥昔单抗导致Ⅲ度药物性皮疹后，运用中医适宜技术干预患者瘙痒、焦虑的护理体会。通过辨证，运用雷火灸、穴位贴敷、中药湿敷等中医护理技术并配合针对性的皮肤护理、饮食指导、情志护理、生活指导等护理措施，缓解患者瘙痒、焦虑症状。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing for a patient with grade III drug-induced rash after cetuximab treatment. Based on syndrome differentiation， TCM nursing techniques including thunder-fire moxibustion， acupoint application， and wet compress of TCM were applied， along with targeted skin care， dietary guidance， emotional care， and life guidance. The patient's itching and anxiety symptoms were alleviated.
