摘要

本文总结八段锦传统功法联合中医情志护理应用于1例青少年脊柱侧弯患儿针刀治疗的护理体会。在中医辨证施护的理论指导下，护理人员完善护理评估和常规护理，并开展“八段锦”功能锻炼和中医情志护理，有效改善患儿形体畸形及焦虑情绪，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional exercises of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing applied to a child with adolescent scoliosis treated with acupotomology. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， nursing staff improved nursing assessment and routine nursing， and carried out "Baduanjin" functional exercise and TCM emotional nursing， which effectively improved the body deformity and anxiety of children， and improved the quality of life of patients.
