摘要

本文总结脐灸联合腹部八卦按摩应用于1例甲状腺瘤伴淋巴结转移化疗术后腹胀、纳呆患者的辨证施护。护理人员对患者进行全面评估，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，根据患者的病情，采用脐灸联合腹部八卦按摩，结合日常临床常规护理、饮食护理、情志护理对患者进行护理干预，患者腹胀、纳呆情况明显缓解。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the dialectical nursing of umbilical moxibustion combined with abdominal Eight Diagrams massage in a case of abdominal distension and anorexia after chemotherapy for thyroid tumors with lymph node metastasis. The nursing staff first made a comprehensive assessment of the patient. Under the guidance of dialectical nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine， according to the patient's condition， umbilical moxibustion combined with abdominal Eight Diagrams massage was used. Abdominal distension and anorexia were significantly relieved with the above methods as well as daily clinical routine nursing， diet and emotional nursing.
