摘要

本文总结1例盆腔血管肌纤维母细胞瘤术后患者实施经穴推拿促进胃肠功能恢复的经验体会。采用经穴推拿治疗手段，结合常规的护理措施，达到中西医结合治疗护理模式相互协同的效果。有效改善了患者腹胀情况，促进排气及胃肠功能恢复。

Abstract

This article summarized the experience of acupoint massage to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in a patient with pelvic angiomyofibroblastic tumor after surgery. The acupoint massage therapy combined with conventional nursing measures achieved the synergistic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing model. It can effectively improve the patient's abdominal distension and promote the recovery of exhaust and gastrointestinal function.
