摘要

本文总结1例肝豆状核变性引起视神经萎缩患者的中医护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，运用中医特色护理技术，包括中药离子导入、耳穴压豆、揿针，对改善视野缺损及视功能障碍有显著治疗效果。

Abstract

This article summarized the experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for a patient with optic atrophy caused by hepatolenticular degeneration. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， the application of TCM characteristic nursing technology， including iontophoresis of Chinese medicine， auricular point pressure， and intradermal needling， has significant therapeutic effect on improving visual field defect and visual dysfunction.
