摘要

本文总结1例2型糖尿病性大疱症伴破溃皮肤的护理经验。对患者实施换药护理、皮肤护理、心理护理、健康宣教等多模式协同护理，经过积极的临床诊治和精心的护理，患者康复出院。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of type 2 diabetes bulla with ulcerated skin. Multi-mode collaborative care for the patient was applied， including dressing change care， skin care， psychological care， and health education， etc. After active clinical diagnosis and meticulous care， the patient recovered and was discharged.
