摘要

本文总结1例过敏性结膜炎患者的中西医结合临床护理经验。通过护理评估，明确干预方案，开展耳穴贴压、中药冷雾化、耳尖放血等中医特色护理，同时联合西医局部滴眼药抗炎、抗过敏治疗及用药、饮食、生活起居和情志护理等常规护理干预，有效改善患者的眼部症状及体征，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the clinical nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with allergic conjunctivitis. Through nursing evaluation， the intervention plan was clarified， and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing such as auricular point sticking， cold atomization of traditional Chinese medicine， and ear tip bleeding were carried out. At the same time， the conventional nursing intervention such as local eye drops anti-inflammatory， anti-allergic treatment and medication， diet， daily life and emotional care were combined， which effectively improved the eye symptoms and signs of patients and improved the quality of life of patients.
