摘要

本文总结了1例下肢静脉曲张合并溃疡患者的护理经验。以中医整体观念为基础，以患者的疮面发展情况为导向，辨证施护，结合病情观察、体位与活动、辨证施膳、情志调护等一般护理措施与中药塌渍、十味金黄膏外敷、耳穴压丸等中医特色护理措施相结合的方式进行有效护理，达到缩短病程、疗效显著的护理效果，促进患者稳步康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience in a patient with lower extremity varicocele combined with ulcer. Based on the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine， guided by the development of the patient's sore surface and syndrome differentiation， combined with the condition observation， physical position and activities， dialectical diet， emotional care and other general nursing measures， the TCM characteristic nursing measures were taken， including TCM collapse stain， ten flavored golden yellow cream external application and auricular point pressing. It was proved that the nursing was effective， the course of disease was shortened， and the patient’s steady recover was promoted.
