摘要

总结1例中西医结合治疗嗜血细胞综合征伴皮肤破溃患者的护理方法与经验。给予患者西医常规护理干预、心理护理、抗感染、止痛等，实现对患者的基础性护理，在此基础上结合中医特色护理，包括中药内服、中医辩证护理、中药涂药等。通过采用中西医结合护理，患者病情好转，皮肤破溃结痂愈合，护理满意，顺利出院。

Abstract

To summarize the nursing method and experience of a patient with hemophagocytic syndrome complicated with skin ulceration treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Patients were given routine western medicine nursing intervention， psychological nursing， anti-infection， pain relief， etc.， to achieve the basic nursing of patients. On this basis， combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing， including Chinese medicine oral administration， Chinese medicine dialectical nursing， Chinese medicine painting， etc. Through the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing， the patient's condition improved， the skin was broken and scabbed healed， the nursing was satisfied， and the patient was discharged smoothly.
