摘要

本文总结1例老年胃癌术后并发胃瘫患者的中西医结合护理经验。通过心理疏导、西药治疗、营养支持、中药外敷、针灸按摩等中西医结合护理方法，有效疏导老年胃癌术后并发胃瘫患者的负面情绪，提高患者配合度，改善患者胃肠不适症状，促进胃肠蠕动，恢复胃动力。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for an elderly patient with gastric cancer complicated with gastroparesis after operation. Through psychological counseling， western medicine treatment， nutritional support， external application of traditional Chinese medicine， acupuncture and massage and other integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing methods， the negative emotions of elderly patients with gastric cancer complicated with gastroparesis after surgery can be effectively comforted， the degree of cooperation of patients can be improved， the symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort can be improved， gastrointestinal peristalsis can be promoted， and gastric motility can be recovered.
