摘要

本文总结运用四子散热奄包联合揿针在治疗1例腰椎椎体滑脱术后腹胀患者的护理经验。患者腹胀后及时完善护理评估，明确护理目标，通过辨证施护，给予四子散热奄包和揿针干预，同时配合常规的护理措施，使患者的腹胀症状得到有效改善，促进了患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Sizi heat dissipation febrile package combined with pressing needle to treat a patient with abdominal distension after lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery. When the patient's abdominal distension was observed， nursing evaluation was timely performed， nursing goals were clarified， dialectical nursing and intervention with Sizi heat dissipation febrile package combined with pressing needles as well as other routine nursing measures were applied. The patient's abdominal distension symptoms were effectively improved and the recovery was promoted.
