摘要

本文总结1例急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后并发缺血缺氧性脑病的中西医结合康复护理经验。包括对患者人工气道的护理，生活活动能力的指导，营养支持的护理，以及情志护理等，多方面落实中西医结合的康复护理管理措施，有效促进患者恢复生活自理能力，提高生活质量，尽快回归社会。

Abstract

This article summarized the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing for a patient with acute myocardial infarction complicated with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy after PCI. It includes the nursing of artificial airway， the guidance of life activity ability， the nursing of nutritional support， and the emotional nursing. The implementation of rehabilitation nursing management measures of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively promote the recovery of self-care ability of patients， improve the quality of life， and return to society as soon as possible.
