摘要

本文总结1例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者PCI术后并发恶性心律失常，行ICD植入术后实施Ⅰ期心脏康复的中西医护理体会，包括心脏康复前的医护联合评估、医患共同制定运动处方、分析护理问题、制定护理目标、实施护理措施、应用中医护理技术，执行心脏康复“五大处方”。患者日常生活能力及运动能力逐渐恢复，自信心增强，同时避免了卧床带来的不利影响，并为Ⅱ期心脏康复提供全面完整的病情信息和准备。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with malignant arrhythmia after PCI， who underwent ICD implantation and implemented phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation， including the joint evaluation of doctors and nurses before cardiac rehabilitation， the joint formulation of exercise prescription by doctors and patients， the analysis of nursing problems， the formulation of nursing goals， the implementation of nursing measures， and the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. Implement the "five prescriptions" for cardiac rehabilitation. The patient's daily living ability and exercise ability gradually recovered， and his self-confidence was enhanced. At the same time， the adverse effects caused by bed rest were avoided， and comprehensive and complete disease information and preparation for phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation were provided.
