摘要

本文总结1例小儿肺炎喘嗽中西医结合治疗和护理经验。首先根据中医证候特点进行辨证分型，该患儿中医诊断为肺炎喘嗽（风热闭肺证），应用八纲辨证对患儿病情进行整体分析，确定中医护理诊断，给予患儿辨证施护、辨证施技和辨证施膳。在中医外治技术方面采用穴位拔罐联合穴位贴敷治疗以及我科新开展的放血疗法、蜜芽罐刮痧疗法和耳穴贴压疗法。西医采用抗生素抗感染治疗以及激光辅助治疗。通过中西医结合治疗及中医适宜技术的应用，有效的减轻患儿不适症状，缩短病程，提高患儿及家属的满意度。

Abstract

This article summarized the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing for a child with pneumonia and wheezing. First， according to the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation， the child was diagnosed as pneumonia chuanwu （wind-heat blocking lung syndrome）. The eight-key points of syndrome differentiation were used to analyze the child's condition as a whole， and the TCM nursing diagnosis was determined. In the aspect of TCM external treatment technology， acupoint cupping combined with acupoint application therapy， bloodletting therapy， honey bud cupping therapy and auricular point sticking therapy newly developed in our department were adopted. Western medicine adopts antibiotic anti-infection treatment and laser adjuvant treatment. Through the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the application of appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine， it can effectively reduce the discomfort symptoms of children， shorten the course of disease， and improve the satisfaction of children and their families.
