摘要

本文总结1例采用中药塌渍联合红外线照射治疗腰痛病患者的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辩证施护理论，采取中药塌渍联合红外线照射配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，患者腰腿疼痛明显缓解，改善了患者疼痛的临床症状，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the effect and nursing experience of a case of low back pain treated with traditional Chinese medicine stain collapse combined with infrared radiation. Based on the dialectical nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， traditional Chinese medicine stains collapse combined with infrared radiation combined with diet guidance， emotional nursing， daily life nursing， health knowledge education and other routine nursing measures were adopted. The patients' low back and leg pain was significantly relieved， the clinical symptoms of pain were improved， and the quality of life of patients was improved.
