Nursing report of a patient with short bowel syndrome with PICC catheter and thrombosis增强出版
This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of short bowel syndrome patient with PICC catheter complicated with thrombosis. The incidence of thrombosis in patients after PICC catheterization is high. Thrombosis after PICC catheterization should be judged as soon as possible and treated in time to avoid more serious consequences. Superficial vein thrombosis after PICC catheterization can be relieved or eliminated by strengthening local nursing, improving blood circulation or short-term anticoagulant therapy. Maintaining the function of PICC catheter helps patients with short bowel syndrome to receive parenteral nutrition support treatment.
