摘要

本文总结1例糖尿病足患者疮面护理经验。通过护理评估、诊断，制定相应的护理计划。治疗护理期间全身以抗感染、控制血糖、治疗基础疾病为主，局部遵循中西医结合治疗理念（去腐生肌、护场/中药箍围、给邪出路、偎脓长肉）及TIME原则。经过整个疗程治疗和护理，患者的患肢疮面基本愈合。

Abstract

This article summarized the wound care experience of a patient with diabetic foot. Through nursing assessment and diagnosis， the corresponding nursing plan was formulated. During the treatment and nursing， the whole body was given priority to anti-infection， blood glucose control， and treatment of underlying diseases， and the local treatment concept of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （eliminating saprophytic muscle， protecting the field/traditional Chinese medicine bandage， giving way to pathogens， and growing flesh） and the TIME principle were followed. After the whole course of treatment and nursing， the patient's limb wound was basically healed.
