摘要

本文回顾葫芦灸技术干预1例腰痹疼痛患者的效果，总结相关护理经验。护理人员科学评估患者，基于“玄府”理论指导，在常规护理的基础上运用葫芦灸技术干预，有效缓解患者腰痹疼痛及焦虑症状，改善了患者的睡眠质量，值得临床参考应用。

Abstract

This article reports the effectiveness of gourd moxibustion technology in treating a patient with lumbar pain and summarizes the relevant nursing experience. Nursing staffs scientifically evaluated the patient’s situation. Guided by the "Xuanfu" theory， gourd moxibustion technology was applied to intervene on the basis of routine nursing， which effectively alleviated the patient's waist pain and anxiety symptoms， improved the sleep quality， and are worthy of clinical reference and application.
