摘要

本文总结1例中医外治法在癃闭合并转筋脉伴有便秘患者中的护理经验。在患者症状管理中，使用雷火灸配合穴位按摩治疗因素体亏虚，阴津不足，肝血失充，筋脉失养引起的转筋，使用耳穴压豆、中药熏洗疗法缓解患者久病体虚，肾阳不足所致的阴虚秘，护理效果显著。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the maintenance of urine retention combined with rotation of tendons and vessels and constipation. In the management of patients' symptoms， thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage was used to treat the factors of body deficiency， deficiency of Yin and body fluid， liver and blood insufficiency， and insufficiency of tendons and vessels. Auricular point pressure and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy were used to alleviate the patients' Yin deficiency and constipation caused by deficiency of kidney and Yang.
