摘要

本文总结1例冠心病患者经远端桡动脉（简称远桡）入径行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的围手术期护理。内容包括术前准备、术中配合医生操作、术后随访病情、观察伤口，注重并发症的预防及护理。经以上3个阶段经远桡PCI的护理配合，表明远桡动脉入径新技术的应用对护士提出更高的要求，也进一步证实术中精准的护理配合是介入手术成功的关键。

Abstract

This article summarized the perioperative nursing of a patient with coronary heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） through the distal radial artery. The contents included preoperative preparation， intraoperative cooperation with doctors， postoperative follow-up， wound observation， and paying attention to the prevention and nursing of complications. Through the above three stages of PCI nursing cooperation， it shows that the application of the new technology of distal radial artery access puts forward higher requirements for nurses， and further confirms that accurate intraoperative nursing cooperation is the key to the success of interventional surgery.
