摘要

本文总结应用中药热奄包技术干预1例重症胰腺炎合并肠梗阻患者的护理经验。基于辨证施护，应用中医特色技术——中药热奄包，同时结合情志护理和饮食护理，有效减轻患者腹痛，缓解患者焦虑情绪，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of severe pancreatitis complicated with intestinal obstruction by using Traditional Chinese Medicine hot package technology. Based on dialectical nursing care， the TCM hot package technology， emotional care， and diet care were conducted. The patient's abdominal pain was effectively alleviated， the anxiety status was alleviated， and life quality was improved.
