摘要

本文总结1例耳部刮痧联合耳尖放血中医疗法应用于耳鸣耳聋患者的护理经验。在完善各项临床检查后，实施中医特色护理技术耳部刮痧联合耳尖放血，治疗期间配合常规护理、情志护理及健康宣教。通过辨证分型，选取相对应的特定穴位，耳部刮痧联合耳尖放血能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，减轻患者痛苦以及负面情绪，提高其睡眠质量及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy， auricular scraping combined with ear tip bleeding on a patient with tinnitus and deafness. After completing clinical examinations， TCM characteristic nursing techniques， auricular scraping combined with ear tip bleeding was implemented， cooperated with routine care， emotional care， and health education. Based on syndrome differentiation and classification， selecting corresponding specific acupoints， auricular scraping combined with ear tip bleeding could effectively alleviate the patient's pain， negative emotions and clinical symptoms， and improve the patient’s sleep quality and life quality.
