摘要

本文总结采用头部经穴推拿联合耳部刮痧及耳穴压豆方法干预1例卵巢癌术后继发不寐患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，采用中医辨证取穴选取头部经穴给予推拿；选取耳穴给予耳部刮痧及耳穴压豆并配合饮食指导、生活起居、情志护理等常规护理，有效改善了患者的失眠及焦虑症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of head meridian massage combined with auricular point compression and auricular scraping to intervene in a patient with secondary insomnia after ovarian cancer surgery. Based on the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical nursing theory， TCM dialectical acupoints were adopted to select the head meridian points for massage， and ear points were selected for auricular point compression and auricular scraping combined with routine care such as diet guidance， daily living and emotional care， which effectively improved the patient's insomnia and anxiety symptoms.
