摘要

本文回顾基于“肝脾肾论”在1例骨盆骨折患者中的应用效果，总结相关护理经验。针对患者住院过程中出现的不同症状，分析护理重点，基于“肝脾肾论”结合特色中医护理技术开展辨证施护，促进了患者的康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the application effect of "liver， spleen and kidney theory" in a patient with pelvic fracture， and the relevant nursing experience. According to the different symptoms in the process of hospitalization， the nursing focus was analyzed. Based on the theory of liver， spleen， and kidney theory， the characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques combined with dialectical nursing were applied， which promoted the recovery of the patient.
