摘要

本文总结1例老年患者全身多处压力性损伤的护理经验。通过中医辨证施护，创面应用湿润烧伤膏辅以自源性皮肤抑菌粉，配合聚氨酯泡沫敷料贴膜覆盖，可以有效吸收创面的渗出液，促进压力性损伤创面的愈合，减轻患者疼痛，改善局部血液循环，提高皮肤组织再生能力，控制炎症反应及局部感染。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with multiple systemic pressure injuries. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， the wounds were covered with moist exposed burn ointment supplemented with autologous skin bacteriostatic powder and polyurethane foam dressing film， which could effectively absorb the exudate from the wound surface， promote the healing of pressure injury wounds， reduce patient pain， improve local blood circulation， enhance skin tissue regeneration ability， control inflammatory reactions and local infections.
