摘要

本文总结1例同侧髋膝关节置换术后患者的护理及医护一体化查房实践经验。对患者实施腕踝针联合耳穴压豆、中药热奄包、中药涂擦等中医特色护理，缓解患者术后疼痛、恶心、肢体肿胀等症状。责任护士、主管医生、科主任、护理专科小组多学科共同参与医护一体化查房，将疾病发病机制、手术方案、病情观察、护理要点、预见性护理及健康指导融为一体。医护协同制定护理方案，减少了手术对患者的创伤应急反应及术后并发症的发生，减轻了患者疼痛，促进了患者的快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the practical experience of nursing and integrated ward rounds for a patient underwent ipsilateral hip and knee arthroplasty. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing including wrist ankle acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressing， TCM heat relieving package and TCM rubbing were applied， which relieved postoperative symptoms such as pain， nausea， and limb swelling in the patient. Responsible nurses， supervising doctors， department heads， and nursing specialist teams from multiple disciplines jointly participated in the integrated medical and nursing rounds， which integrated disease pathogenesis， surgical plan， condition observation， nursing points， predictive care， and health guidance. Collaborative development of nursing plans by healthcare professionals has reduced the emergency response to trauma and postoperative complications caused by surgery， reduced patient pain， and promoted rapid recovery.
