摘要

本文总结铜砭刮痧治疗1例喘病（慢性阻塞性肺病）急性加重期患者的护理体会。通过辨证施术，采用中医外治技术，结合功能锻炼、饮食指导等常规护理措施，达到止咳平喘、改善呼吸功能、提高患者生活质量的目的。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of scraping with copper bianstone for a patient with acute exacerbation of asthma （chronic obstructive pulmonary disease）. Through dialectical treatment， traditional Chinese medicine external treatment technology， combined with functional exercise， diet guidance and other routine nursing measures， the purpose of relieving cough and asthma， improving respiratory function and improving the quality of life of patients was achieved.
