摘要

本文总结1例手法排乳联合哺乳姿势指导气滞热壅型外吹乳痈患者护理体会。根据护理评估及辨证分型，对患者实施护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、常规护理措施、中医特色护理措施，有效减轻患者疼痛，缓解患者焦虑，帮助尽快恢复母乳喂养，有效促进患者疾病康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with acute mastitis under the guidance of manual lactation combined with lactation posture. According to nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation， nursing assessment， nursing diagnosis， nursing plan， routine nursing measures and nursing measures with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics were implemented for patients， which effectively relieved pain and anxiety of patients， helped to resume breastfeeding as soon as possible， and effectively promoted the recovery of patients.
