摘要

本文总结基于子午流注纳子法理论杵针疗法治疗1例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理要点及体会。针对患者腰痛的症状，通过中医四诊合参、辨证分析，并配合中医综合护理措施，有效缓解患者腰痛症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing points and experience of an elderly patient with lumbar disc herniation treated with Chuzhen therapy based on the theory of Ziwu Liuzhu-Nazi method. According to the symptoms of low back pain， the patients' low back pain symptoms were effectively relieved and the quality of life of patients was improved through the combination of four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine， syndrome differentiation and analysis， combined with comprehensive nursing measures of traditional Chinese medicine.
