摘要

本文总结1例手指点穴、乳腺按摩联合如意金黄散外敷治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的护理经验。三种中医特色技术结合哺乳指导、饮食护理、情志护理等，早期给予综合护理干预，可以避免哺乳期乳房的进一步损伤，从而减少乳腺炎带来的痛苦。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of lactating mastitis treated with finger acupuncture， breast massage combined with external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder. Three Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic techniques combined with nursing guidance， dietary care， emotional care， etc.， early comprehensive nursing intervention could avoid further damage to the breasts during lactation， thereby reducing the pain caused by mastitis.
