摘要

本文总结1例运用中药保留灌肠联合耳穴贴压法治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，结合护理评估，实施中医特色护理、心理护理、饮食护理、生活起居护理等护理手段，中药保留灌肠联合耳穴贴压取得良好疗效，为患者减轻了痛苦，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with ulcerative colitis treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with auricular point sticking. Based on the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， combined with nursing evaluation， the implementation of TCM characteristic nursing， psychological nursing， diet nursing， daily life nursing and other nursing methods， Chinese medicine retention enema combined with auricular point sticking achieved good curative effect and relieved the pain of patients， which is worthy of clinical application.
